Business Continuity
MTS has developed and endorsed a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) to define how it will respond to events that significantly disrupt its business operations. This system comprises various documents and procedures, including the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP).
MTS adopts a risk-based approach to business continuity, evaluating operational risks to identify and implement appropriate preventive and responsive actions.

Information Security
In October 2020, MTS obtained the ISO 27001:2013 certification covering the conception, design, software development and application management and customer support of its electronic market platforms and ancillary services.
Each year, MTS supports the implementation activities required to renew the ISO/IEC 27001 certification with the aim to continuously improve the effectiveness of the security measures adopted.
